Returns Policy

Books, posters, badges and stickers or other student instruments may be returned ONLY

if they have been delivered in a damaged condition,

if there are missing/defective pages

if incorrect books or student instruments have been delivered, or

if there is any other manufacturing defect.

A return request with us can be raised only within 5 days of receiving your order. Return requests raised with us after 5 days of delivery will NOT be accepted.

Once your return request is accepted, you will be required to self-ship the book(s) through courier to the following address:

Refund Policy

For damaged books, posters, badges and stickers or other instruments refund will be initiated on receipt of the books and instrument to our address in a mint condition. Once initiated, you will receive an email confirming of the return request details. The amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.

For cancellation of the order before it is shipped, refund will be initiated on the same day of the request and the amount will reflect in your back account within 7-10 working days.
